This is a 2-day event for ROCKHARBOR leaders to identify their unique Kingdom stories and to be equipped in living them out as part of God’s greater narrative. 

Speakers include:

Peer Mentoring (Lead by Danny Wallen, ROCKHARBOR Equipping Coach)

Who are your 3 closest friends?  Leadership often has a tendency to isolate.  Peer Mentoring is the most available form of relational empowerment, yet the least developed.  We all have acquaintances and friends, but do we have a few really close people in our lives that we can tell everything to?  That will tell us everything?  We will draw from Scripture, leadership principles and personal experience as we evaluate our friendships and aim to “be known” by a few key people in our lives. 

Redefining Leadership (Lead by Matt Barnes, ROCKHARBOR Leadership Ascent Director and Director of Creative Development & Production for David C. Cook Publishing)

What is leadership?  If you read 10 different books, you’re likely to find 10 different definitions.  It’s hard to even know who the leaders are these days and what it means if you are one!  Clearly, we’ve overcomplicated this.  Come and discover the simplicity of leadership and discover what true leadership looks like in your life as a Christ follower.

Women in Leadership Panel (Moderated by Kirsten Nielsen, ROCKHARBOR Associate Pastor of Community Life)

Women face unique challenges in assuming positions of leadership in our culture.  Come and hear from a panel of women who have made a huge impact.  Panelists include Michelle Anthony (Family Ministry Architect @ David C.
